OUR SCHOOL
VISION & ETHOS

OUR ETHOS

EDUCATIONAL GOAL

To raise students who learn spontaneously and have strong hearts and souls which enable them to survive the international community.

SCHOOL MANAGEMENT POLICIES

The basis of the school’s management is “the enrichment of the knowledge, virtue and health of the children who live in an international society”. To achieve the goal, we will utilise the good ethos of the Japanese School in London and implement an appropriate school curriculum. Taking full advantage of the school’s status of approval by both the Japanese and British governments, all the staff shall promote good management of the school.

BASICS OF SCHOOL EDUCATION

Our primary education object is the implementation of forming the personality of pupils and students, raising personnel who build peaceful and democratic state and society, and to realise the equal opportunity in education from the perspective of building on the respect of humanity and mutual trust.

OUR VISION

INDEPENDENCE means that students are given the opportunity to work things out on their own. They are encouraged to make responsible decisions and take appropriate actions by thinking, judging and choosing prudently.

CONTRIBUTION means playing an active part in bringing about a positive result, or helping something to advance. The aim here is to ultimately enhance the students’ own strengths, and subsequently enrich relationships with those around them.

DIGNITY means imagining the thoughts of someone who has different values and concepts, and face them head-on with politeness and a dignified voice according to the situation.
